Reclaim List

A list of all the Gift Aid reclaims that have been made.
Once the reclaim has been successfully made the information shown is:

FieldDescription
Reclaim DateEligible Gifts made up to and including this date have been included.
Reclaimable DonationsThe total amount of all Gifts included in the reclaim.
Reclaim AmountThe total amount of tax reclaimed.
Reclaim ReceivedThe amount of tax actually reclaimed.
NoteAn optional note.

The amount actually received is likely to differ from that reclaimed due to additional interest, but there could be other reasons for a difference.

To make a new claim use the "New Reclaim" button

To look at the details of a claim already started or completed double click on the row or highlight a cell in the row and press the "Enter", "E" or the "F2" key. This brings up the Reclaim Summary

To delete a reclaim, highlight the row and press the "Delete" or "D" key on the keyboard. This is necessary if you wish to remove all the Gifts related to that reclaim, or to recalculate the reclaim.

The screen shows that the reclaim has been calculated but the actual amount of reclaim has not been received yet.
